Made the Burney Bark

My father (Doug Carothers) is an active member of the Rotary International organization. He is active with the Sunnvyale, CA chapter and is a visiting Rotarin at the Burney, CA chapter while vacationing in Fall River Mills, CA. This week we asked if I would participate in meeting and discuss a service that could be used in place of other traditional services. I discussed everything VoIP. While speaking on VoIP I learned that (1) Broadband is live and well within rural cities within Northern California and (2) about one half of the group uses VoIP. It was a great session and hope to participate in a future meeting.
