Finished ITEXPO on Thursday. What a great event. I ended up on three panels covering a variety of topics. I also had time to spend with prospects, customers and partners. There is a lot of innovative solutions emerging and a general resurgence of VoIP products and solutions. 8X8, Sonus and Granstream were there in strength as well as new comers such as Sipod (although seen similar solution via Vocera). I had a chance to met up with Tom Keating: CTO, VP, Founder TMC Labs. I shared with Tom our recent patent release and a general overview of CounterPath. I also shared with Tom a demo of our Call Continuity application for ITSPs. In Tom’s words: “Todd gave me one of the coolest demos of mobile VoIP I’ve ever seen!”. Here’s the demo:
